PFI Verify Refunds: If there is an issue, we want to hear it! Call us at 1 (855) 509-5992 and our dedicated agents will assist you with inquiries and refund requests. There are several reasons why requesting a refund from a merchant is better than if you call your bank card or credit card provider. One is that the customer s bank or credit card company must check if the forced refund that has been requested fits the specific criteria and is in itself valid. If it isn t then the request for the forced refund can be declined. If the request for the forced refund is valid, then the whole refund process begins. This means that the customer's bank or credit card company must then contact the merchant's sponsoring bank about getting the refund.
